Power Electronics Building Block

PEBB (Power Electronics Building Block) is the core component of power electronic device which was customizedbased on high-power IGBT devices. PEBB uses the traditional concept of power electronic building blocks, the core module of  different types of power electronic equipment is extracted and integrated into a modular product, including power semiconductor devices, gate drive circuit, level conversion, sensors, Protection circuit, power supply and passive components, and on this basiscombined with control software, the PEBB was expanded from a pure hardware product into intelligent product with combination of hardware and software.
